Hi, I’m Tara — and I’m so glad you’re here.

My business journey started early. At just 23, I became the youngest general manager of a major restaurant chain. I had a passion for leadership, people, and creating spaces where others could thrive. Over the next three decades, that passion grew — and so did my purpose. My heart was always with people — especially those who felt overlooked or left behind. That’s why I’ve spent the last 20 years in ministry, serving at-risk youth and building nonprofit programs from the ground up. From managing day-to-day operations to casting long-term vision, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to grow something meaningful — and sustainable.

I’ve also walked through my own transformation. I’ve been sober for 23 years, married to my best friend Buck for 24, and together we’ve raised five incredible kids. Today, we live in beautiful Southern California, where I homeschool, lead a thriving women’s ministry, and soak up as much sunshine, beach time, and horse riding as I can. Oh — and I also became a grandma, which is just about the best role I’ve ever had.

Everything I do — in business, in ministry, in life — is rooted in my love for Jesus and my desire to see people step fully into their calling.
